I remember there had been suggestions about a "club" like idea on Nonoba months ago and you guys just blew it off and said it was lame and now look...a club!

I also find it kinda funny how other nonoba-like sites are better than Nonoba itself.

Lol, well I've been over that for a while now :P My gaming skills are too good for them to handle, that is all :P

The point in making a club is to assemble a community of mature gamers without having users constantly trolling the site. A premium site reduces the chance of having trolls and spammers and provides the more mature Nonoba users a place to chat and play high quality games. The games cost money because they are higher quality than average flash games. Developers charge money for apps in the App Store and no one complains. Your argument is flawed. If you don't want to sign up then don't but please don't complain about the site in the Forums. You should be grateful that you can use Nonoba free of charge.

Read the TOS of nonoba, they said very clearly that they may start charging for use of the website. Be glad they are only charging for a few games!

Direct quote: "discontinue or change the content or services without any prior warning."

This means that you could be charged if you want to continue using your account, or make new ones, or even visit the site for an extended period of time. Granted, they will probably not do that, but they have the legal rights to do so.

As I told Steven in the chat room, I am just noting the fact that the idea of a club has been mentioned before but it was denied because they didnt like the idea.

Maybe they did like it but didn't say anything about it to keep it Top Secret :P

It'll be interesting to see how many people go for the club. Mostly, I'd expect people to skip it.

Exclusive games? Yawn.
No way to chat with users while playing the demos of exclusive games? Boring.
Remakes of Untangle and Magic Marbles as your premiere exclusive games? Lulz.
