Don of Dons

Are there specifics about beating the game in "Hard" that apply to the Don of Dons achievements? I've gone through Career mode twice in hard and haven't won the award yet. Do I have to get a certain rating on the levels within the game (like "Passable" instead of "Sloppy")?

I beat it once, and I am a bit mad I didn't get my achievement.

I think that one is just broken though.
